Book a Session

What to expect during a Healing Session

Each session unfolds in three natural phases: an arrival period to settle in and explore intentions for that day; a period of gentle, intentional work aligned with those needs; and time at the end to rest, integrate, and reflect before transitioning back into your day.

Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session, with shoes and any jewelry that may interfere gently set aside. If lying on a treatment table does not feel supportive, the work can be adapted to a seated position, or offered remotely when appropriate.

Sessions are intentionally unhurried. Most are at least 75 minutes to allow for spaciousness and nervous system settling, with initial sessions offered at 90 minutes to support a fuller, more easeful introduction.

  • What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Biomechanical Craniosacral Therapy is a hands on, anatomy based modality that uses gentle touch to listen to subtle rhythms associated with the nervous system, cerebrospinal fluid, and the tissues of the skull, spine, and sacrum.

People often describe Craniosacral Therapy as:

    • Deeply relaxing and grounding
    • Supportive of nervous system regulation
    • Helping release long held patterns of tension
    • Increasing body awareness and a sense of ease

While it works with physical structures, the experience is often quiet, subtle, and deeply restful.

  • What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy based practice that works through presence, intention, and gentle touch or hands held just above the body. It does not focus on anatomy or structure, but instead supports the body’s flow of energy and natural ability to settle and rebalance.

    People often describe Reiki as:

    • Deeply calming or grounding
    • Spacious, subtle, or meditative
    • Supportive on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels

Reiki does not require belief to be effective. For some, it feels spiritual. For others, it feels simply like profound rest.

  • Blended: Craniosacral & Reiki

Both Reiki and biomechanical Craniosacral Therapy are gentle, supportive practices that honor the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for balance.

They share the same underlying intention: to create a safe, quiet space where the nervous system can settle and the whole person can return to ease.

    Both practices:

    • Are non-invasive and gentle
    • Support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
    • Address the whole person, rather than specific symptoms
    • Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
    • Are offered as complementary practices, alongside any medical or mental health care
    • Invite the body into rest, rather than forcing change

Many people experience both Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy as a kind of “pause button”—a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
