Craniosacral Therapy
Non-invasive light touch and gentle manipulation to affect the fascia, cerebrospinal fluid flow, and subtle bone alignments. Treats headaches, back and neck pain, impact injuries, and general body tension.
In person sessions only.
Reiki & Energy Healing
Light- and no-touch techniques channeling universal healing energy into the client’s physical and energetic body. Common benefits include relaxation, stress reduction, and increased sense of wellbeing.
